Coastal Cancer Center continues its commitment to transforming cancer and blood disorder care in the Coastal Carolinas by announcing Registered Nurse Janice Meininger’s Oncology Nursing Certification achievement.

Janice is the second Coastal Cancer Center registered nurse to earn her certification in the past week, according to practice officials.  She now joins nine additional oncology certified nurses on Coastal Cancer Center’s staff.

Coastal Cancer Center requires its nurses to achieve an Oncology Nursing Certification by their third year of employment at the facility. Certifications from the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation are valid for four years.
