Dr. Stephen Andrews

Dr. Stephen F. Andrews, a board-certified radiation oncologist, holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, he obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Health Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.

Completing his residency in Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Andrews served as Chief Resident, showcasing his leadership within the field. His extensive experience includes several years of work in the nuclear power industry prior to embarking on his medical career.

Dr. Andrews has made significant contributions to the field, publishing several peer-reviewed manuscripts and delivering numerous presentations at nationally recognized meetings, with a primary focus on prostate cancer and soft tissue sarcomas. He maintains professional affiliations with various organizations, including the American College of Radiology, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, and the South Carolina Medical Society.

Providing comprehensive care for various adult malignancies, Dr. Andrews specializes in prostate, skin, breast, and head and neck cancers. His expertise spans multiple specialties, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), and compassionate patient care.
